Mobile (Travel) Service:
When booking for a massage, you are fully aware that it is a mobile service. This means that I will visit your home, accommodation, or workplace. When entering your premises, I will treat you and your belongings with the utmost respect and care and expect the same in return. It is my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of my clients.  As your therapist I will follow strict industry code of ethics and guidelines at all times. I do not massage anyone under the age of 18 privately minimum age is 16, guardian would need to be in the room at all times. 

***This is Strickly Therapeutic Services:
Clients may get undressed to their comfort level, but any request for sensual/sexual/happy ending massage or inappropriate behavior as your massage therapist I have the right to cancel the massage and leave the premises immediately for such conduct; resulting in termination of your treatment without refund and reported as needed to the authorities.
I will use a sheet/towel draping to respect your privacy during the massage, I will only uncover that part of your body being worked on at that time. Females: I shall drape the breast of all female clients and not engage in breast massage unless the client gives written consent before each session involving breast massage. Draping for genital area and gluteal cleavage will be used at all times during sessions for all clients.
For any reason if you feel uncomfortable or need specific attention at any point during the massage, please notify me immediately.
If you prefer more or less pressure during your massage, or need a glass of water, tissue, or would like to change the style of massage please inform me immediately and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

-Respect for Clients needs and boundaries:
I am happy to adjust pressure, temperature, musical volume, work longer in an area or move on if you request it. The client may choose to: refuse any massage methods, stop massage at any time and is free to ask me to leave. Occasionally an emotional response to massage occurs. If this happens, it is ok to express the feelings in our safe, nonjudgmental environment- or you may request privacy and end the session. You are in control.

-Pregnancy Massage:
Massage is safe for all trimester when carried out by a trained professional. If you are pregnant, it is essential you consult your doctor before your massage treatment. To ensure you receive a safe and effective treatment, please provide all necessary and current health information about your pregnancy to your therapist. Some types of therapeutic massage may not be appropriate throughout your pregnancy. As your massage therapist I am fully trained and reserve the right to deny any treatment request that deem as unsuitable.

-Therapist Delays:
I will generally arrive 10-20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. This is in order to set up my equipment and ensure your massage commences on time. I attempt to allow for enough time for travel however, circumstances out of my control might occur which may result in me arriving late. In the event I am held up or will arrive late you will be advised by telephone; I will endeavor to ensure that the length of your massage will not change. 

-Cancellations & Refunds:
Life does get little crazy, so if you need to cancel your appointment that is understandable, but highly encouraged to reschedule at another convenient time. Cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to appointment time, if less than 24hrs deposit is non-refundable. If you have to cancel your appointment less than 24hrs, but want to reschedule your deposit will transfer to that date (only ONE rescheduled appointment will be allowed).

-Confidentiality Agreement:
Your client form and any of your personal information are kept completely confidential and secure. The client may or may not choose to talk during the massage. I am happy to listen to your conversation and share professional expertise. However, I do prefer not to discuss topics of a political, private, or sexual nature. 

-Massage Therapy:
Many benefits of massage therapy can help a list long of health problems, but I cannot claim or guarantee to cure your problems. As a massage therapist I do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions I am not allowed to provide specific treatment without a doctor's supervision. After receiving a massage it can stir up toxins already existing in your body, it is highly encouraged to increase your water intake to help with the part of the detox and healing phase. Please be aware it is completely normal that you may feel a bit sore, tired, have flu like symptoms or have certain emotions arise they should disappear in a day or two. If you have any symptoms that concern you, please give me a call.

-Health Conditions:
When filling out the in-take form please indicate if you are on any medications, had any recent injuries, illness, or anything else that I should be aware of. Existing clients it is your responsibility to inform your massage therapist of any changes in health conditions.
If you have a serious medical condition or have just undergone surgery or are receiving other treatment, a doctors written permission may be required before receiving massage therapy. If you have any questions, please seek medical advice.
